1. Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the o9bat platform and all services operated under it. By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account on o9bat and use our services, the following eligibility conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a real person and manage the account on your own behalf.
- Managing an account on behalf of another person or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.
- You must be eligible to participate in online gaming activities under the local laws of your area.
o9bat is committed to preventing underage gaming. If any irregularity is found in the age verification process, the account will be immediately closed.
3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. o9bat reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for your login credentials, password, and the security of your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. o9bat will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party if your account information was not kept properly secure.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and fair play, o9bat may request identity verification documents at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your o9bat account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
4.3 Source of Funds
Funds deposited on the platform must come from a lawful source. Using funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately closed.
4.4 Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the sum of deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus offer abuse (using multiple accounts, artificial betting, coordinated betting, etc.) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and o9bat reserves the right to close the account.
5.4 Bonus Changes
o9bat reserves the right to change bonus terms, cancel bonuses, or introduce new offers at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
o9bat's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier based on your play history and activity. o9bat will endeavor to give advance notice of any changes to VIP benefits.
7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
7.1 Fair Play
o9bat is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our platform operates games from trusted game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others).
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using software bots or automated methods
- Claiming bonuses or benefits through multiple accounts
- Defrauding the platform by colluding with other players
- Any attempt to alter game software or outcomes
- Chargebacks or false transaction disputes
7.3 Finality of Results

12.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed.
13. Right to Amend Terms
o9bat reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes.

14. Dispute Resolution

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
15.3 Language
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in a bilingual version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
